NON-NBR service cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee when you cancel your appointment within 24 HOURS of your scheduled appointment time.
NBR CLIENTS, no cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment
NBR CLIENTS, there is a $200 cancellation fee when you cancel within 48 HOURS of your installation/tightening appointment. If you reschedule within 48 HOURS of your appointment, 50% of the cancellation fee will be credited to your rescheduled appointment.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged the full amount for the services scheduled for your missed appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We stand by our work and want you to have the best possible experience with your Natural Beaded Rows™ hair extensions. If for any reason, you are not happy with your Natural Beaded Rows™ hair extensions within the first 30 days, we ask that you notify us and allow us an opportunity to correct any issue you are having. If we are unable to satisfy your needs and make you happy, we will gladly refund your first monthly payment in full.
