Before installation, both your hair and the extensions are toned and colored as needed to ensure a seamless, blending, and natural look once the extensions are installed. Then, a row of beads is stitched into your hair at the scalp with a thread of string spanning between each bead. Up to six wefts of hand-tied extensions are then stitched to the string on each row. Up to three rows can be installed into your hair to meet your specific needs and create the look and style you want.

Depending on your specific needs, you can get 10-inch, 14-inch, 18-inch, or 22-inch hair extensions.

Every new client receives a 30-day care package with care and maintenance instructions when they get our sew-in hair extensions installed for the first time. Sew-in hair extensions grow out with your hair and must be removed and moved back up to the scalp every six to eight weeks.

Yes! Unlike many other hair extension methods, our sew-in hair extensions can be worn up in a high ponytail or bun, down, straight, curly, or any way you want. They take less time to style and no one will ever know you have hair extensions unless you show them.

Yes! However, it is highly recommended that you do not get sunscreen or sun tan oil that contains Avobenzone on your hair extensions. Doing so will turn your extension hair an unwanted orange color. Skincare products by Supergoop are recommended and safe to use. They are 100% mineral and clean products that will help keep your skin and hair extensions healthy and beautiful.

When you become a Style Me Up hair extensions client you will receive the VIP treatment. While in the salon, you will enjoy a relaxing and luxurious environment while our highly skilled stylists work to make your hair dreams a reality. Every client is serviced in our private salon suite with large windows and lots of beautiful, natural light. During your installation appointment, you'll receive a complimentary meal of your choice from a select menu of our meal partners, as well as complimentary water, sparking water, coffee, tea, or select red, white, or sparkling wine with a two-glass limit from our wine fridge. You'll also have an opportunity to relax in our comfortable massage chairs while you enjoy free WiFi to work, listen to a podcast, watch a movie, or enjoy a good book. You'll leave the salon with the hair of your dreams, feeling more beautiful, confident, and attractive with a complimentary thirty-day sew-in hair extensions care package containing our moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, amethyst oil, brush, and care and maintenance instructions. One to two weeks after your installation appointment, you'll come back into the salon for a free checkup appointment to ensure you are enjoying your sew-in hair extensions and that all is well. Care and maintenance appointments occur every six to eight weeks, and you'll also have access to quarterly, invitation-only happy hours and client appreciation events exclusive to our sew-in hair extensions clientele only.

Once a week you'll wash both your hair and hair extensions hair completely with a deep conditioning treatment. In between weekly washings, you'll do a partial shampoo of just your natural hair and crown hair. Oil your hair extensions with our amethyst oil daily to ensure their strength and longevity.

Your sew-in hair extensions will need to be replaced with new hand-tied hair extensions every four to six months. However, with good care and maintenance, your hair extensions can last as long as ten months.

Our sew-in hair extensions were specifically created for women who struggle with fine and/or thinning hair that never seems to grow much past your collarbone. They are the ideal solution for women who want to get volume, fullness, and/or length to their hair and are tired and frustrated with feeling insecure, unattractive, or embarrassed by the state of their natural hair.

First-time clients can expect to invest between $2,200 and $8,000 to get sew-in hair extensions depending on the length and number of hair extensions required to achieve their desired look. The investment includes a customized hair plan, hand-tied hair extensions, matching color treatment, blending cut and style, a complimentary meal and beverage, a 30-day care and maintenance package, servicing in our private salon suite, invites to exclusive members-only client happy hours and social events, and the VIP experience you deserve. A 50% deposit is required to book your installation appointment which will be applied to the total investment required to achieve your desired look and style. The remaining balance is to be paid in full on the day of your installation upon completion of service. For returning clients and maintenance appointments, you can expect to invest between $600 and $1,050 every six to eight weeks. After eighteen weeks additional wefts may need to be added to keep your hair and hair extensions looking their best. Additional wefts are $110 per weft for 10-inch, $130 per weft for 14-inch, $140 - $170 per weft for 18-inch, and $195 - $265 per weft for 22-inch.
